Staying in FTG is simple: follow the Code of Conduct, be active, and most of all - make friends and have fun! Though, getting banned is just as simple. If you are banned, you will be removed from the Club, from the Discord, and the Website.
Updated 02/13/2023 Newest: Relationship Clause
Quitting the community.
Offline for twelve (12) days or more without placing MIA in your bio nor notifying your squad leaders.
Any form of cheating that affects the outcome of a game.
International members are to be shown leniency in terms of level of attendance due to significant time differences so they may still retain FTG membership.
Should an international member show that they are abusing this policy, then it will be at the Squad Leader's discretion if this member is to be retained in the squad.
This policy does not apply to any officer or higher roles as it is understood that by taking on these roles, you agree to taking on more responsibility and activity within the community.
So long that four (4) members of FTG are in a party together with one (1) officer present, it will count towards those individual's activity level and the squad's daily activity numbers. This is in place to give members that are unable to attend the 8 pm EST Activities Schedule the ability to still progress and give officers opportunities to do their duties.
Extreme disrespect shown towards other members.
Constantly being disruptive while gaming, or within the community, even after multiple warnings have been given.
Constant negativity towards FTG activities, members and/or squads.
Your bio privacy is not set to be visible by everyone.
Your friends list privacy is not set to visible by everyone.
Having blacklisted gamers on your friends list and not willing to remove them.
Any gamer who previously was a member of FTG who has been banned via any of the aforementioned reasons above needs to go through the Ban Appeal process under the Contact Us tab of our website.
A higher up or community leader will contact users directly in order to schedule the Ban Appeal to be processed and when approved, the gamer will be put into uniform by an officer of their new squad.
It is the responsibility of every member of FTG to protect the community and its members from persons or organizations attempting to inflict harm on the very community they belong to.
The Current Creator can blacklist other gaming communities, whereas the Current Co-Creator may only blacklist other gaming communities with permission from the current creator.
They can blacklist individuals per the subsequent guidelines described in Section 2.1 - How to get Blacklisted to ensure that blacklists are evidence-based decisions. They review all aspects of the situation before reaching a verdict. Some blacklists require more immediate action, pending urgency.
Blacklists are only used as a last resort.
Unlike being banned as described in Article I, being blacklisted requires a much more severe breach in conduct against the community, its leadership, and/or its members. In order to become a blacklisted member, one of the following must apply:
Hacking or threats of hacking will get someone blacklisted immediately.
Extreme disrespect shown towards the community, its leaders, or its members.
Any member who causes harm, disunion, or intent to do damage within the community or towards its members with no intent of trying to resolve the issue with leadership.
FTG does not poach nor promote poaching behaviour. Leadership will take the necessary steps to protect the community and its current members.
If leaders of another community or clan are instructing their members to poach from FTG with the intent to do harm, then the entire clan and all of their members will be blacklisted.
If a member decides to quit and join a different or start a new community or clan- they have every right to do so. It is expected for close friends in FTG to follow suit. FTG does not consider this poaching.
If that same member maintains contact with current members with the intent to harm, cripple, or destroy FTG by stealing members to benefit their new community or clan - this is defined as promoting harm and poaching.
Think of it this way - if someone is a true friend, why would they want to hurt or destroy something that their friends enjoy?
Any person, community, or clan who previously was a member or or affiliated with FTG who has been blacklisted via any of the aforementioned reasons above need to go through the Blacklist Appeal process under the Contact Us tab of our website.
The current community leaders of FTG will contact the person(s) or community or clan leader(s) directly in order to schedule the Blacklist Appeal to be processed and when approved, will be updated in their respective forums:.
Sometimes real life demands you to take time away from gaming. MIA is a tool for our members to use in which we use to keep track of who needs to step away from FTG without leaving or being removed from the community.
It's intent is to be helpful to our members and is not intended to be abused. All MIAs, past or current, will be treated identical based on the below guidelines.
MIA and date you went MIA must be displayed in your bio. Your bio would then read "MIA - 5/5/13."
MIA members are unable to participate in activities nor in officer, squad, or team duties. MIA members are unable to make official FTG decisions until returned from MIA.
Twenty-one (21) day maximum MIA alloted in order to retain rank. Can be used once per year.
Twenty-two (22) days or greater MIA may result in loss of current rank. May require recertification.
Thirty-five (35) days or greater MIA will result in loss of current rank. Will require recertification.
An Extended MIA may be granted if the member has an extenuating circumstance (i.e. - evacuation due to natural disaster, military deployment, medical leave, etc.) that would ultimately affect their attendance.
An Extended MIA may result in loss of current rank and may require recertification to return to duty.
Must be approved by a higher up or community leader.
Squad Leaders who need to take an extended MIA must understand that their role in the squad will be filled in their absence with an Interim Squad Leader.
Interim Squad Leaders will temporarily step into the position as Acting Squad Leader, though may return to previous rank once Squad Leader passes recertification.
A Squad Leader Extended MIA may result in loss of current rank. May require recertification to return to duty.
There may be other games not associated with a division's franchise that can be played within the squad. In order for a squads to change game franchises or add more games to their arsenal, they must include the following:
One (1) to two (2) Officers must own the game.
Three (3) base ranks must own the game.
Game must have multiplayer capabilities with partying up options.
If a situation should arise where an Officer should become disgruntled or upset with any aspect of FTG and they decide to leave or step down - they have a twenty-four (24) hour time period to contact Higher-Ups. After the air is cleared, they can return to their rank with no penalty.
After twenty-four (24) hours, the safety net is no longer available. What the officer decided to do will be honored. It is understood that sometimes tempers or emotions get in the way of rational thinking and members will do things they wish they hadn't. After they cool down, they may regret the decision they made, so this gives them a way back. If someone quits or steps down, it is not the job of the Higher-Ups to chase after them begging them to come back or reconsider their decision, but it seems fair to offer this one time, "Get out of Jail Free '' card.
This is a one time, twenty-four(24) hour, safety net.
This can only be done ONCE EVERY TWO (2) YEARS
Anyone can post a transfer request. Someone may even post a transfer request on behalf of another member.
Transfer requests must be completed in a specific format.
Requests that are not formatted properly will be automatically denied.
You are requesting a transfer. You may not transfer until the request has been approved.
Members that do not follow this will be BANNED from FTG and need a Ban Appeal to rejoin.
Retaining your rank is not guaranteed!
If you have any input on a transfer, you may directly message the Squad Leader of the person requesting a transfer.
You may NOT post any comment on a request unless you are:
You are the member requesting the transfer or representative posting on the members behalf
A Squad Leader of an affected squad in the transfer
You are a Higher Up (COFO, FNDR, DVLR)
You are a Community Leader (ANST to CRTR)
Any member that posts any comment that is not one of the above, will have their post deleted and given a warning.
All member transfers are limited unless requested by a Community Leader or Division Leader.
Once a member has transferred or returned from Ban Appeal, they may not request to transfer for 2 months.
Reasons for transfer are many and some may need to be kept private. If this is the case; post "Contact me via Xbox (or DM me) for further details" and the member requesting will be contacted in private to maintain confidentiality.
Being "Rank Locked" is NOT a valid reason for a transfer request and the request will automatically be denied!
Requesting a transfer to a new console because "you just got Halo 5" or "I just got an Xbox One" is perfectly acceptable.

Trash Talk usually involves people that know each other, and speaks to each other in insults, swears, or loud noises. They are not malicious. They are just trying to joke with each other and be competitive with benign intent.
Harassment involves slurs, threats, sexist or racist themed insults to make fun of someone, which could lead to them feeling unwelcome or unwanted.
Trash Talk refers to joking banter that encourages conversation and friendly competition between players.
Harassment includes any behavior that negatively disrupts another player's experience or makes a player feel less welcome.
Please note that Trash Talking could turn into Harassment. If someone tells you to stop - then stop!
If you do not, your trash talking has turned into harassment.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to one of your squad's officers or squad leaders to discuss your concerns. We would rather you see something and say something versus see something and stay silent. Although members should not confront either party directly, please use your Chain of Command.
If an officer gets a complaint that you have made another member feel unwelcome, they may approach you to tell you to stop. Noncompliance may lead to being banned from FTG due to breaking Code of Conduct Rule 3.
This policy applies specifically to any officer or higher rank as it is understood that by taking on these roles, you agree to taking on more responsibility and activity within the community.
You have to separate community from relationship for the sole purpose of being able to do your duties with no bias or favoritism. We ask that you maintain a level of professionalism at all times. With this knowledge, if you are in a relationship with another member in the community, you may not test them for any rank nor can you be a part of any decision-making processes in regards to potential promotions or demotions.
If you are unable to separate the relationship from the squad, you may be asked to transfer squads.
