Your Social Uniform

You must be a member of your Squad's Official Xbox club or Squad Tag. It is heavily recommended for base ranks to join the Official FTG Discord Server.

It is required for Trained Sergeants and up to be in the Discord Server.

Please note that In-Game Uniform is only required during official events or activities.

The Base Breakdown

Base One: The Base Ranks

The Recruit (RCRT) is an introductory rank to FTG and the lifeblood of the community.

The Private (PRVT) is the first rank in FTG and is just the start of what is to come.

The Sergeant (SRGT) is the most dedicated rank of our Base Ranks.

The Trained Sergeant (TSGT) is the face of FTG as they are allowed to start recruiting their friends into the community!

The best way to progress through the base ranks is to join during activities and witness recruits!

Base Two: The Officer Core

The Lieutenant (LTNT) is the first step up the ladder of FTG Leadership - you will have more responsibilities as an officer. The position of Lieutenant is to be the front line of your squad’s Officer Core.

The Captain (CPTN) is the second rung of the FTG Leadership Ladder that one can climb. The position of a Captain is to be a Support Pillar for your Squad Leaders and Base Ranks. You are truly supporting the roof and the foundation of your squad.

The Major (MAJR) is the first step into Squad Leadership and is known as a learning rank. You are learning how to be a General and how to effectively lead a squad.

The General (GNRL) is in charge of leading a squad and is the highest rank at squad level, so it comes with many responsibilities. The buck stops here.

As an officer, you are accepting the responsibility of leading your base ranks and recruits.

Base Three: The Higher-Ups

The Unit Leader (UNIT) is an advisor of the squads and leaders below them. As a Unit Leader, you are undertaking the duty of leading up to two (2) squads and guiding them towards success.

The Section Leader (SECT) is an evaluator of the squads and leaders below them. As a Section Leader, you are undertaking the duty of leading up to four (4) squads and guiding them towards success.

The Division Leader (DVLR) is the one that run everything in their division. They are the supreme rank in a division. As a Division Leader, you are undertaking the duty of leading up to eight (8) squads towards success.

As a higher-up, you are accepting the responsibility of leading your officer cores to greatness.

Base Four: The Leaders

The Community Analyst (ANST) is a critical role that makes sure that members are not abusing their power and that everything is running correctly in the community.

The Community Co-Leader (COLD) is the one that helps the Community Leader run the entire community to put plans together for the community.

The Community Leader (LEAD) is the one that makes all decisions within the community.

These leaders are dedicated to ensuring FTG continues to grow and be the best possible community.
